Joe Dilworth is a British photographer living in Berlin
Episode 446: Joe Dilworth is a friend, colleague, and incredible photographer whose new book Everything, All at Once Forever was recently published by Kominek Books. He also runs Bildband Berlin, one of the finest bookshops for new photography books.
The book explores Dilworth’s photographs of friends, fellow musicians, and social life between Britain and Berlin. He has an extensive archive of incredible pictures that we spoke about throughout the episode, and his time playing as a drummer in various bands, which he still does professionally.
I am a deep fan of Joe and his work. It follows the tradition of British documentary tendencies, but like Sergio Purtell or Mark Steinmetz, it also features a warm, romantic post-punk feeling that is rare these days. I remain a huge fan. Please tune in.
