Episode 406: I had a great time speaking with Clay Maxwell Jordan, a great artist with two particularly great books, with Fall Line Press, a great American publisher.

In November last year, I was gifted a meeting with Clay and Bill from Fall Line Press. I had a great time meeting them and checking out Clay’s book and a few other titles from Brittany Lautner and Tatum Shaw on the table in Paris. With Clay, we had a talk about his new book at the table and I recounted the story of how I lost my copy Nothing’s Coming Soon, of which, he was a good sport, so we decided to finally meet up for this conversation to my delight. The conversation was quite funny at times.

In my usual manner, I asked Clay about his background and how he got into photography, which unlike other artists did not come from a precocious concern with the camera, but found his movements with it after his teen years. We cover this and much more ground. Please tune in! Clay is the real deal.
